Well it’s been an interesting week with contacts. I can successfully get the out with one try – putting them in is another story. I tore one (a nice chunk out of the side) and wore them – yeah, I called the doctor and they said that was a no no. Ooopsie. It was only a little chunk. I haven’t hit myself in the nose (to push up the glasses) very much today (or yesterday) so that is good! D and S had no clue I did it and didn’t even notice until I said – WHAT IS DIFFERENT????????? And they looked at me like ?????? Silly family.
S and I will be going to tea at a fancy hotel downtown Prescott today with our friend Darla (she was a ballerina in the Shakespearean Theatre and danced with Barishnokov. She adopted S because her sons will probably never have children. Darla was the speech teacher at Bradshaw and now is going to Metro Tech in Phoenix (great school) and we are celebrating her escape!!!!
She has a great little condo in Scottsdale and has been comuting for two years! We will miss her but we are very excited for her!
